Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use within our pharmacy only, unless otherwise stated. You must notify us immediately of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment.
We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription. Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review and are not guaranteed.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice. Any pricing errors will be brought to your attention before your order is processed, and you will have the option to proceed or cancel.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval and prescription verification. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your registered UK address.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays, adverse weather, or public holidays. We are not liable for losses arising from delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or signature-required items. Failed deliveries must be reported to us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the medication has not been dispensed or dispatched. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription-only medicines, as required by UK pharmacy law and patient safety regulations.
If your order has not yet been processed by our pharmacist, please contact us immediately to cancel. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days.
